OREM, Utah, March 18 /PRNewswire/ -- PowerQuest Corporation was selected by Ingram Micro to join their Partnership America Program. Ingram Micro Inc., which currently distributes PowerQuest's software utility products to the retail market, will now also distribute the professional license to federal, state and local government sectors.
PowerQuest manufactures PartitionMagic, a utility that allows enterprise users to partition their hard disk on the fly without destroying data. "Experience has shown that large government entities can save massive amounts of time and money in many situations, such as operating systems migration," says Richard Hill, Government Accounts Manager at PowerQuest.
Ingram Micro will also distribute PowerQuest's new product, DriveCopy, announced last month and available in April. DriveCopy will allow users to easily copy all their data and system information from their old hard drive to a new hard drive.
