As a result of today's announcement, NetLedger becomes the premium provider of financial business services for Ingram Micro's new Service Provider Exchange, a specialized program of xSP services, substantially increasing its customer reach in the United States through Ingram Micro's extensive VAR (Value Added Reseller) channel.

Under the terms of the agreement, Ingram Micro will target leading VARs for the distribution of NetLedger 1 System. NetLedger 1 System is a single, integrated application designed to run an entire business more efficiently. It includes NetLedger Accounting, NetLedger Payroll, NetLedger Online Bill Pay, NetLedger Web store/Web site, NetLedger CRM, NetLedger Employee Center, and Customer Support.
