Neteos' eCRM Solution Broadens Ingram Micro's ASP Initiative Offerings for Mid-Enterprise Businesses

WALTHAM, Mass., Feb. 12 /PRNewswire/ -- Neteos, Inc., a developer and provider of Adaptive eCustomer Relationship Management (eCRM) solutions, today announced it will become a partner in the application service provider (ASP) initiative offered in the U.S. by Ingram Micro Inc. (NYSE:IM) , the largest global wholesale provider of technology products and services. Ingram Micro will immediately offer Neteos' eRMNow! (TM), a highly customizable eCRM solution, to solution providers that service mid-enterprise businesses.

Offering one of today's most demanded applications, eCRM, Neteos is one of the first application partners in Ingram Micro's ASP initiative. With eRMNow!'s ease of use and adaptability, Ingram Micro's solution providers can deliver this value-added service to end users with maximum speed and efficiency.
