MARYLAND—INGRAM MICRO ONE—Nov. 7, 2024—Ingram Micro today announced the U.S. launch of Ingram Micro Ultra, an innovative, digitally enabled loyalty program for customers and technology vendors. The new three-tiered points-based program will offer a series of technology-specific and solutions-focused growth tracks, marking another innovative first for the technology distribution industry and Ingram Micro.

Available now in the U.S. and continuing to expand worldwide in 2025, the innovative and highly personalized loyalty program works seamlessly within Ingram Micro’s intelligent and proprietary Xvantage digital experience platform.

Developed in-house, Ingram Micro Ultra offers the distributor’s customers and vendors anytime access to personalized business intelligence that centralizes all their activities with Ingram Micro. This includes targeted insights and trends and real-time updates on available incentives, resources, and rewards.

Aligning with the infrastructure of popular B2C member loyalty programs, Ingram Micro Ultra awards customers points for engaging with the team and doing business across its vast portfolio of products, services, and solutions, as well as, using vendor incentives, trainings, and programs. Ultra Features Three Distinct Program Tiers and Essential Growth Tracks

Ingram Micro Ultra features three defined tiers: Essential, Advanced, and Elite. These tiers are based on engagement levels, performance, and loyalty. Elite status is awarded to members of Ingram Micro’s SMB Alliance and Trust X Alliance.

Ingram Micro’s first growth track within the new program will be Xvantage Enable. Set to launch in Q4 2024, this new track will further educate, train, and inform channel partners about the vast opportunities and challenges surrounding AI. It will also help accelerate the adoption of AI among channel partners and their customers by enabling them to better navigate the evolving technology landscape with greater confidence and clarity about what to market, sell, share forward, and support. Additional growth tracks will launch in 2025.
