EXTON, Pa., July 16 /PRNewswire/ -- Intelligent Electronics, Inc., (NASDAQ:INEL)
today reported that the shareholders have approved the sale of the Company's indirect business, the Reseller Network, to Ingram Micro, Inc., (NYSE:IM)
headquartered in Santa Ana, California, and the adoption of the stock purchase agreement.
