Ingram Micro’s “Partner Now” Portal Automates the Sales Process, Taking Channel Partner SLAs from Hours to Minutes

Cisco first technology provider to market on new Partner Now business platform,
others coming online in 2019 #ONEIngram

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Ingram Micro ONE – Oct. 29, 2018 – Digitizing its business for a better partner experience, Ingram Micro Inc. today announced “Partner Now,” an on-demand, on-line business management portal that removes hours from the sales cycle using automation.   

Available in the U.S., Partner Now allows Ingram Micro channel partners to engage, transact and manage their product sales, IT services and solutions from varying manufacturers from anywhere at any time by quickly signing into a secure online business management portal. Cisco is the first technology provider to go live on Ingram Micro’s new Partner Now digital platform. Additional technology vendors will be added in 2019.

Unveiled at the ONE Ingram Micro event, Ingram Micro’s Cisco Partner Now portal enables channel partners to originate, change and track Cisco products and services online, seamlessly and with greater visibility throughout the transaction process. Functionality includes order management, instant quoting and quote to order. Channel partners who piloted the Cisco Partner Now portal report significant gains when it comes to managing the sales cycle and ensuring overall business productivity.
