Ingram Micro’s Global Partner Community Earns Five Stars in CRN’s 2019 Partner Program Guide

Annual Guide Recognizes Ingram Micro’s Trust X Alliance and SMB Alliance Communities among IT Channel’s Top Partner Programs

IRVINE, Calif., – June 12, 2019 –Ingram Micro Inc. announced today CRN®, a brand of The Channel Company, has awarded the Ingram Micro Trust X Alliance partner community with a 5-Star rating in its 2019 Partner Program Guide. The Ingram Micro SMB Alliance community is also featured in this year’s 2019 Partner Program Guide.

Distributed annually, CRN’s Partner Program Guide identifies the strongest and most successful channel partner programs for IT products and services. The 5-Star rating recognizes an elite subset of companies that offer solution providers the best partnering elements in their channel programs.

Trust X Alliance is recognized as Ingram Micro’s global community for high-performing solution providers and MSPs focused on small to midsize businesses, as well as midmarket organizations and enterprises. This exclusive community is comprised of approximately 340 channel partners worldwide. Members benefit from peer-to-peer learning and knowledge sharing, as well as access to technical resources and technology best practices, member-driven programs and global resources and relationships. Trust X Alliance helps solution providers grow their businesses through collaboration with one another, as well as exclusive offers, services and relationships with key manufacturers.

Ingram Micro’s SMB Alliance is comprised of nearly 250 channel partners across the U.S. Focused on building high-impact relationships with other members of the community, as well as with Ingram Micro and its sponsors, the SMB Alliance fuels channel partners’ success through powerful alliances, dedicated resources and growth-minded leadership meetings across the U.S. This year, the SMB Alliance announced it is expanding its membership by approximately 50 channel partners, bringing the community to 300 strong.

“The power behind bringing growth-minded businesses together as a community to share and learn from another is priceless and shines the spotlight on the value business owners place on trust, relationships and results,” says Jennifer Anaya, vice president, marketing at Ingram Micro. “We are excited to see our Trust X Alliance and SMB Alliance featured within this year’s CRN Partner Program Guide. We set the bar high for our communities early on and are committed to continually being an even better partner, which makes it all the more rewarding to see our flagship community Trust X Alliance earn five stars, and our SMB Alliance named one of the industry’s top partner programs.”

“With new technologies emerging every year, evaluating which IT vendors to partner with grows increasingly more complex for solution providers,” said Bob Skelley, CEO, The Channel Company. “We are proud the CRN Partner Program Guide has become the trusted resource to identify the most rewarding partner programs and provides crucial insight into their strengths and benefits for the channel.”
