IRVINE, Calif., November 12, 2021 -- Ingram Micro today announced the leading cloud ecosystem platform, CloudBlue, was recognized as a “Leader” in The Forrester New Wave™: Marketplace Development Platforms, Q4 2021 report. The report notes that CloudBlue, which powers Ingram Micro’s cloud marketplace, has native support for full customer lifecycle management, and offers a solution to streamline the process of reselling cloud services throughout multiple tiers of a partner channel. CloudBlue’s strong digital service, Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) catalog, and full support for subscription-based Hardware-as-a-Service (HaaS) were also cited.

CloudBlue achieved being ranked as a ‘Leader’ among marketplace development platforms.

Forrester’s report mentions CloudBlue customers—including technology resellers and service providers—enjoy “[CloudBlue’s] large, regularly updated catalog of resellable offerings, along with its configure, price, quote capabilities, and its fast provisioning times.” The research, led by Joe Cicman, acknowledges “CloudBlue has native support for full customer lifecycle management, as well as pre-built integrations into Microsoft Dynamics and Salesforce Sales Cloud CRM systems.
