MUNICH, Germany, March 29, 2017 - Ingram Micro has today announced that it is launching a new branded professional services offering in EMEA, Elements Support Suite (ESS).
These new services are being offered as a proactive approach to Cisco support services. Elements Support Suite is available across all Cisco architectures.
Ingram Micro Elements Support Suite will initially be available in eight countries across the EMEA region: Austria, Germany, Netherlands, Saudi Arabia, Sweden, Switzerland, UAE and UK; addressing 80% of the available services market opportunity. Phase 2 countries are set to launch later this year.
Partners will have a choice of two levels of support as a part of Elements Support Suite: Basic and Gold. With these support services, Ingram Micro is enabling its partners to become trusted advisors to their customers, as well as build and increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
