, the world's leading wholesale distributor of technology products and services, today announced that it has entered into a distribution agreement with Fremont, Calif.-based AltiGen Communications, a leading provider of computer telephony (CT) solutions. Under the terms of the agreement, Ingram Micro's Telecom Integration Division will distribute AltiGen's award-winning AltiServ(TM) all-in-one telecommunications platform to its network of more than 40,000 domestic resellers.
AltiGen's CT solution consists of the "all-in-one" Quantum board family and AltiWare telecommunication suite of features and functionality most requested by small businesses. The agreement allows companies with up to 100 telephones to implement a robust and flexible communications system, that includes traditional telephone system functionality along with automated voice attendant, voice messaging, automatic call distribution (ACD) and electronic mail and Internet integration on a single PC.

Resellers also can use this CD to customize proposals for end users using the documents included on the CD.
