Distributor Recognized as a Leading Channel Partner at Symantec’s Annual Partner Conference
IRVINE, Calif. – Dec. 29, 2016 – Ingram Micro Inc. today announced it has been named North American Distributor of the Year 2016 by Symantec Corp. Each year, Symantec recognizes its channel partners, including its distributors, whose innovation and depth of expertise distinguish them as top-level partners.
In 2016, Ingram Micro outperformed competing Symantec partners, achieving the highest year-over-year growth for a North American distributor. Additionally, Ingram Micro and its Advanced Solutions organization maintained double-digit growth among its Symantec SMB registered partner base and was an early adopter of Symantec’s Secure One™ Distribution Program. Ingram Micro also played an instrumental role in executing a global approach as Symantec transitioned its business to the cloud.
