Cisco First to Integrate into New System Offering; Other IT Manufacturers to Follow
NASHVILLE, Tenn., March 15, 2007 - Live from the 2007 Spring VentureTech Network Invitational, Ingram Micro Inc. (NYSE: IM) today announced the launch of its new Reseller Services Portal (RSP) Online Quoting Tool, a powerful, new integrated real-time quoting module designed exclusively for Ingram Micro solution provider and manufacturer partners.
Powered by MaintenanceNet, this new quoting module works seamlessly within Ingram Micro's Reseller Services Portal and is free to solution providers. With its easy-to-use interface, the RSP Online Quoting Tool helps solution providers reduce the time and expense associated with generating quotes and establishing pricing for ongoing service maintenance and renewal contracts. Cisco Systems is the first manufacturer to integrate its services, including Cisco SmartNet, into the new module. Additional IT manufacturers will be incorporated throughout 2007.

Ingram Micro and MaintenanceNet will be demonstrating the Cisco RSP Online Quoting Tool at Ingram Micro Services booth from March 14-17. Free online training via WebEx will also be available to all Ingram Micro solution providers starting March 21.
