Acquires Network Information Technology, a leading provider of
high value physical security solutions for the META market
Dubai, United Arab Emirates — April 06, 2017 — Ingram Micro Inc. today announced that it has acquired the business assets of Network Information Technology LLC (NIT), the leading distributor of physical security solutions in MEA (Middle East and Africa) region. NIT’s current management team will operate as a business unit of Ingram Micro META (Middle East, Turkey & Africa), led by managing director Bassel Fakir, who reports to Dr. Ali Baghdadi, senior vice president Ingram Micro and chief executive Ingram Micro, META.
