Under the terms of the agreement, eSoft's InstaGate EX2 and InstaRak HP products will be distributed through Ingram Micro U.S. to its global network of resellers. Customers worldwide will benefit from guaranteed availability of eSoft appliances, knowledgeable customer service representatives, flexible financial terms, same day shipment, product replacement and world-class technical support.
