Ingram Micro Appoints New Leader of Worldwide Human Resources

World's Largest Technology Distributor Promotes Lynn Jolliffe to Senior Vice President of Human Resources, Upon Retirement of Matthew A. Sauer

SANTA ANA, Calif., June 25, 2007 - Ingram Micro Inc. (NYSE: IM), the world's largest technology distributor, today announced the appointment of Lynn Jolliffe to senior vice president of human resources, effective July 1, 2007. Jolliffe will be responsible for the identification, development and implementation of the company's human resources strategies in support of the organization's global objectives. She will oversee the payroll, HRIS, compensation, benefits and learning and development groups as well as regional human resources teams.

Effective with her appointment, Jolliffe also will become an officer of the corporation on July 1, 2007. She replaces Matthew A. Sauer, who will retire at the end of this year.

"Lynn has an impressive and broad background of international human resource, finance and general management experience in a number of industries and I am pleased to have an executive of her caliber take over this important role after Matt's departure," said Gregory Spierkel, chief executive officer, Ingram Micro Inc. Jolliffe presently serves as vice president of human resources for the North America region. She joined Ingram Micro in 1999 as vice president, human resources for the European region, and established the department as a strategic business unit by making a number of organizational improvements, implementing and standardizing performance metrics within the region's 14 country operations and introducing Six Sigma.

Jolliffe earned an MBA in finance and organizational behavior from the University of Toronto, Canada. She also holds a bachelor of arts degree in sociology from the Queen's University, as well as a CEGEP diploma from Bishop's University in Canada.
