Ingram Micro Announces Seamless Integration of Hyperscaler Marketplaces into Xvantage Digital Experience Platform

AWS is the first hyperscaler marketplace to be integrated into Ingram Micro Xvantage

MARYLAND—INGRAM MICRO ONE—Nov. 7, 2024—Ingram Micro is onboarding one of the industry’s most well-known hyperscaler marketplaces into Ingram Micro Xvantage™—a move that will open new markets and further simplify the go-to-market strategies, sales, and management of solutions for its channel partner community.   

The AWS Marketplace is the first to be integrated into Ingram Micro’s AI-powered Xvantage digital experience platform, followed shortly thereafter by other hyperscaler providers. Ingram Micro customers in the U.S. can now access the AWS Marketplace via Xvantage, with other markets planned to come online in the months ahead.

Research firm Canalys projects enterprise software sales through hyperscaler cloud marketplaces—led by AWS, Microsoft and Google Cloud—will reach US$85 billion by 2028, rising from US$16 billion in 2023. Additionally, by 2027, Canalys expects more than 50 percent of marketplace sales to flow through the channel.

In addition to unifying and simplifying the operational aspects of buying from the AWS Marketplace via Ingram Micro Xvantage, the distributor is providing customers with access to advanced technical resources and talent and the ongoing sales and professional services support needed to establish and expand their AWS business.
