Ingram Micro and Data Systems Network Corporation Announce Joint Marketing And Distribution Agreement

DSNCs New ENCORTM Enterprise Management Services To Be Offered Through Members of Ingram Systems Group (ISG)

SANTA ANA, Calif. and FARMINGTON, HILLS, Mich. Jan. 28 /PRNewswire/ -- Ingram Micro, the world's leading wholesale distributor of technology products and services, and Data Systems Network Corporation (DSNC) (NASDAQ:DSYS) , a leading provider of enterprise management products and services, today announced a joint marketing and distribution agreement under which Data Systems ENCORTM suite of enterprise management offerings will be offered to Fortune 1000 companies through members of the Ingram Systems Group (ISG).

Ingram Systems Group is a sales and service organization of more than 40 independent resellers that focuses on enterprise-wide solutions for Fortune 1,000 corporations. ISG members provide products, consulting, design, engineering, installation and maintenance services to major accounts worldwide. The ENCOR offering for ISG members, which is branded ISG ENCORTM, includes Data Systems highly automated remote monitoring and event management services provided through Data Systems Network Control Center (NCC). The NCC is located in Research Triangle Park, NC, and additional centers are planned for around the world.
