             Ingram Micro Confirms President for U.S. Region

Kevin Murai Receives Promotion to Executive Vice President, Ingram Micro Inc.

And President, Ingram Micro U.S.

SANTA ANA, Calif., March 6 /PRNewswire/ -- Ingram Micro Inc. (NYSE:IM) , the world's largest wholesale provider of technology products and services, today announced that Kevin M. Murai, 36, has been named executive vice president of the company and president of its U.S. operating division. Murai was promoted from his current position as senior vice president of Ingram Micro Inc. and chief operating officer/acting president of Ingram Micro U.S.
