July 11, 2023 – Irvine, Calif., – Ingram Micro Inc. announced today that five members of its global leadership team were named to CRN’s inaugural Inclusive Channel Leaders list.
The following Ingram Micro executives were recognized for their ongoing influence and increasing advocacy of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging:
- Jana Vondran, senior vice president, Global Business Services
- Luis Férez, senior vice president and group president, Latin America
- Mark Snider, executive vice president and group president, Europe, Middle East, and Africa
- Sanjib Sahoo, executive vice president and Global Chief Digital Officer
- Susan O’Sullivan, vice president, U.S. Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI)
Working under the leadership of CEO Paul Bay, these executives, along with the organization’s 27,000 associates, aspire to make Ingram Micro “one of the most inclusive companies in the world by creating and constantly improving a culture that respects, engages, educates, and elevates associates who represent all the communities in which they work,” notes Scott Sherman, executive vice president, Human Resources, Ingram Micro.
Ingram Micro’s DEI efforts are longstanding, and the company is celebrated worldwide as one of the “Best Places to Work” in many of the geographies in which it operates. In addition to supporting its global team’s personal and professional growth, Ingram Micro offers inclusion/bias training to its customers and sponsors DEI ambassadors to facilitate inclusive conversations and share best practices and insights with the channel community during events.
“Our people and our customers make us who we are,” says Sherman. “We are honored to share Ingram Micro’s DEI resources and inclusion training with our partners and the industry, so everyone can create workplaces where employees can be authentic, feel valued, belong, and thrive. We offer congratulations to this year’s 2023 CRN Inclusive Leader recipients and thank them for all they do to inspire greatness in and for others.”
“We are so excited to announce this year’s honorees and shine a light on their passion and commitment to inclusivity across the channel. Because of their transparent leadership, our work environments are safer and more accepting places where everyone can feel comfortable showing up as the best version of themselves each day,” said Blaine Raddon, CEO of The Channel Company. “The channel is a more caring and compassionate place because of them, and we look forward to seeing what great things they do next.”
