ST. PAUL, Minn., March 6 /PRNewswire/ -- Comtrol Corporation, a worldwide supplier of data communications technologies, announced today it has entered into a special distribution agreement with Ingram Micro, Inc. (NYSE:IM)
, the world's largest wholesale distributor of technology products and services, which will enable the two organizations to team to sell Comtrol products to the $36 billion state and local government market sector.

The new agreement is part of Ingram Micro's Partnership America program, which provides broad support for organizations who are selling technology solutions to the public sector market. The program is managed by Ingram Micro's Government Division, which supports more than 160 vendors who collectively offer technology products for the government and educational markets.
