Finalizes Joint Marketing Agreement with Investor's Business Daily

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M., Jan. 30 /PRNewswire/ -- Today, Ben Ezra, Weinstein and Company, Inc., announced that it is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr. Harold L. Clark as Special Advisor to the Board of Directors. Dr. Clark will directly assist the Company's efforts to sell, market and distribute its software product lines through major distributing firms, including Ingram Micro and Tech Data. It is hoped that, through the assistance of Dr. Clark, the Company's software products may be available at retail outlets such as Egghead, Software City, Comp USA, Best Buy, Staples, Software Goliere, Babbages, Sam's Club, Costco, etc.

Dr. Clark is one of the most respected figures in the computer products distribution business having previously served, from 1984 through 1995, as the president of three public companies in the technology sector. As president of Ingram Micro (Micro D, NASDAQ), he was largely responsible for the robust growth that made it the world's largest computer products distributor. As president and CEO of AmeriQuest Technologies, Inc. (NYSE-listed) his strategy was to merge six companies together to form a $600 million computer products distributor and integrator which was merged into Computer 2000, the global multi-billion dollar Munich-based distributor. At Everex, the PC and peripheral manufacturing company, as president, he transitioned the company from primarily domestic to worldwide markets and merged fourteen subsidiary companies into one.

Prior to 1984, Dr. Clark served as CEO or COO for over 25 years to companies in the area of computer engineering and manufacturing, distribution, software development and mail order. He has held executive positions with Republic Corporation, Litton Industries, Union Bank and the Boeing Company. He has also been a management consultant and instructor at UCLA.

His education includes a B.S. degree from Bryant College, an MBA from Pepperdine University, and a doctorate in higher education from Nova University.

Finally, the Company is announcing today that it has finalized a joint marketing agreement with Investor's Business Daily, one of America's leading financial newspapers, for the marketing of Investor's Business Daily subscriptions in conjunction with the Company's software product lines. Terms of the joint marketing agreement are currently undisclosed.
