, the world's leading distributor of technology products and services, as a non-exclusive independent marketing representative for AlphaNet Solutions' remote network management services. Ingram Micro resellers will be able to offer these services to their customers under this agreement.

AlphaNet Solutions has created a robust and flexible remote network management system that monitors and manages network devices -- ranging from desktops and printers to sophisticated local and wide-area network equipment -- across single and multi-platform environments. The system features proactive performance monitoring and problem resolution to allow networked applications to run smoothly and efficiently. AlphaNet Solutions' package, Enterprise Management Solutions (EMS), combines the capabilities of its remote network management system, help desk and emergency response on a 24/7 basis -- all of which is completely scalable and able to adapt to the needs of the client. AlphaNet Solutions will offer qualified resellers specialized training to help them sell and market these services to their customers.
AlphaNet Solutions' remote network management services are a core offering in Ingram Micro's spectrum of remote managed services. AlphaNet Solutions will provide services to end-users through resellers with Ingram Micro acting in a marketing capacity. To ensure the integrity of the relationship between the end user and reseller, the agreement restricts AlphaNet Solutions' direct marketing to end-users.
